No. Just enter your Yahoo! ID and password.
HELP on MX (mail) records. Redirecting mail. HELP!!!?
My site is often down, so I want to use a redirection service to redirect traffic to my other hosting account when it is down. For that I have to "park" my domain in the redirection service. How do I make my mail work. Is it configuring MX records? How do I do it? In my hosting account I use Cpanel... please help!
Unless you have a dedicated server that handles its own name service it won't be your hosting account that has your DNS records. The site where you registered your domain name will almost certainly have a control panel where you can modify the DNS for your domain.
Once you've managed to log in you'll see a number of records for your domain and you're right it is the MX records you're interested in. There will probably be two records there already and you need to add a third record. The third record should contain the name of your other hosting account's mail server and it should have a priority number *higher* than either of the two records that are there.
You also need to make sure that your other hosting account will accept mail for your domain.
This type of redirection is tricky and quite easy to get wrong. My recommendation is that rather than trying all of this to get your mail working, switch to another hosting service (there are lots of them out there) where your site stays up. You might experience a day of downtime as it switches over, but at least you get to dictate when that happens to cause you the minimum of inconvenience - rather than have a site that randomly switches off on you.

the MX record details are not in hosting account but domain name control panel. you must have your domain name password. login with this to the site where your registered the domain name and change the MX record to other site. In case you dont have domain name password, contact the domain name seller from whom you purchased it.
Also see if you need to to park this domain on the other server if it is now allowing it even after changing MX record.
The best way is to contact domain name seller website support and ask them to do this for you. mostly they will do it
