With Their Shared Servers

Do sites like Break.com and eBaumsworld.com use dedicated servers for their traffic?
If so, where would I go about getting a similar (non-shared) server for a similar web site that I am creating?

You can have your own webserver. You should have a very good internet service provider and a static ip. get a good computer, need not be a server. Install Apache.

How can i by-pass the download timings of my office internet? (my office has a LAN with shared internet)?
I want to know that how can i by-pass the restrictions of download timings of my office internet. My office has a workgoup with a server sharing the internet but there is a particular timing in which i can download. I want to download in restricted timings, so is there any way or any software which can help me????

If there is a good reason why you need to bypass your company's net use policies, see your network administrator and explain that you can't possibly do your job unless they make a special exception in your case. Or, do your dowloads at home

I need info on unions for servers and bartenders.?
I work for a restaraunt located in Alabama and only get paid $2.13 and hour. After taxes that isn't anything. Sometimes tips are good enough to live off of other times they're not. So if anyone has any kind of info on how to get a pay raise for me and fellow servers please share.

I suggest you find the local union building in your area and ask them example where I live its the CAW I would go to so look around where you are and there should be something.
