I own a webspace hosting business, how can I cut down chargebacks?
Do you have any ideas on how to prevent these in any way? Or atleast cut down on the volume?

If the chargebacks are mainly due to fraud, you need to use a biller that at least does some screening for potential fraud, including comparing the IP address with the location claimed as the billing address, since the vast majority of stolen credit card account numbers end up in third-world countries where spamming is a business. You also need to have customer service people available to respond to inquiries from issuing banks. Chargebacks occur when there is no cooperation or a lack of contactability on the part of the merchant.

Website Hosting and Webspace?
Im looking for a good website hosting company and have narrowed it down to a few which have been recommended to me. One of these offer 4Gb of webspace another offers 2Gb and another 3Gb. Only thing is I dont know how big my site will be!! Is there a website online where I can input a domain name and it will tell me the size of the site in question. I have an idea of what the size of my site will be in comparison to other sites, but not a figure in Gb terms. Can anyone help? Bandwidth is 40+ on all 3, so should be sufficient

I total agree with tallpaul.. You can go for 2GB webspace first, if you really feel that is not enought for your use, you may addon as much space as you need. I know to create a website and now I have created a website. However, this is the first time I am going to upload a site and make it online. I have registered a domain name and got enough webspace to host the site. Make sure to rename the page you want to the home page as INDEX.HTM OR default.htm INDEX.HTM OR default.htm what we call the landing page and it is the first page i get when i open your website.

Not as an all in 1 package.. Godaddy.com you can register and host but it is more expensive.. So I buy at godaddy.Com - 8.99 a year and host http://www.3ix.org/sys/aff.php?aff=2699 as low as a dollar a month but I go with the 3 dollar a month package so I can host more than 1 site and get the web page builder and all the free php and java scripts. But this can be as low as 21.00 a year .. That is about the best price that I have found. Thanks CS----
