Website Merchandise
How do you sell merchandise through your website?
Im interested in creating a website and selling merchandise through it.
How would i go about selling my merchandise? Would i have to register with paypal ? Could i operate independently or would i have to do buissness through a sales agent like "Ze stuff"?
If anyone has any information on this subject, i'd appreciate it very much.
Thank you.
I'm not completely sure.. BUT
there was this thing I was going to buy last year called Mr Site, where you can create your own website, and there is a feature where you can sell merchandise. Here's a link:

You can probably get one on ebay for cheaper though
How can I put my eBay merchandise on my website?
I have an eBay account. I have a website that explains my eBay merchandise and account and provides information for customer support and whatnot. Is there a way I can incorporate my eBay listings onto/into my website?
Yes there are several ways of doing this. You could join eBay's affiliate program - the eBay Partner Network (EPN) - and earn commissions when people click on eBay listings on your web site then buy or register on eBay. There is a tool on the EPN site called Editor Kit which is a quick way to generate HTML to show eBay listings on your own website.

Alternatives to EPN include:

AuctionCentric: http://www.auctioncentric.com/

What is the best way to start an on-line t-shirt, merchandise website?
The best routes to take are to research the process of starting a business as well as the industry you're interested in.
I recommend checking out the SBA, Entrepreneur, The Start Up Journal & Nolo. All 4 are great informational resources for the new/small business owner. I posted links for you in the source box.
Associations may be a good avenue to explore as well. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you'll inevitably have as well as many you haven't anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.
Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can about the industry. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

There are plenty of free informational resources out there. Check the source box for links to articles.
Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!
How can I report a website selling counterfeit merchandise?
There are simply too many brands to report the website to the individual companies. I found a website that's selling well over thirty brands that are counterfeits. How can I report this website to the government or whatever??
A good source to start is pick a large company that may be a victim. Chances are they have their own fraud department and will follow-up on it with their fraud contacts (FBI, local police etc).

Ebay!
What do you do when a legitamate website does not send your merchandise you order?
I ordered from a website recently that's based in Hong Kong.
www.japgift.com
Others use this service too and it seems to work okay. However, they always have problems with their shipping (it's extremely slow and expensive). Now this is my 2nd time using this site and my items have not come in for 3 months. Normally, it should have come in just 2-3 weeks. I paid for standard shipping and I've got nothing now after waiting so long.
What should I do now? I've emailed them 8 times and they've replied 3 times. Their last email said they'd send me a replacement (which is doubtful because I bought the last copies). Then I reply to that message (asking how they will get replacements) and they completely ignore me. I've received nothing in the mail. I'm not sure what to do now. I don't want them stealing my money with their poor service.
