hey does anyone know of any free website maker from the internet similar to microsoft fronpage 2003? thanks.
If you are looking for an advance site builder, would suggest dreamweaver, however this can be pricy and challenging to understand. A good free website builder is Yahoo! Sitebuilder, it offers you the chance to use templates and the slightly more complex method of inserting HTML. However another great sitebuilder is SiteSpinner, personally I have not had much experience with this package but I hear great things! Hope that helps! Message me if you need anymore guidance.

Let me get this straight; you want a free website where if you click on a gif animation, it will pop up this small little window (like on newgrounds) that shows your .gif?
just make an href link, and set the onclick to a javascript function that pops up a frame that has your gif inside of it.

say if someone with a small company is too lazy or too busy to make their own website, would it be legal for them to pay me to make a website for them with a website maker like Weebly.com as apposed to making it with my own html?
In my opinion, you may not get too many customers if you follow this approach. If you're not adept at html you can always use a WYSIWYG type program like BlueVoda.

I need a free website maker that holds multiple music files because my school has a very restrictive blocker so I wanted to do this so other students can enjoy music while working. My school allows sites like normal Yahoo!, normal Google, Geocities, and probably unknown sites that don't contain forums.

Use a text editor! HTML was designed to be simple to use. Also, using an expensive design program does not guarantee your code will validate with W3C.

Sorry to hear about your friend. Microsoft Office Live Small Business has a very good free website designer. While it's intended for small business, it is suitable for hobby sites, charities, non-profits,etc. It also has other things included as well, such as free email, contact manager, form designer - so folks can leave messages of condolescences for your friend, etc. This is a free service and Microsoft is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourdomain.com) for the first year. If you need help with getting it submitted into Google and Yahoo, etc., there is a great support forum to help you out. Try it out:
