i want to make a website. i've had one before, with just links & stuff, but i want one that is really interesting. give me some suggestions for content that you like to see on sites.

depends on the site...book list web sites i want to see the author, book type..and so on and so forth......games and entertainment....there would be links to games..updated games..stuff like that...hope that helps..

Good content is very important to rank high in the search engines. Generating content can be done in various ways and it depends what the purpose of your website is. You can outsource and pay for others to write your content. If you are marketing a product, you can often get good product descriptions from the merchant or manufacturer to us in your content. You can go to content sites and copy other people's articles on the subject (making sure you leave their bio and links in tact). The other major part of SEO is getting backlinks to your site. Many say this is even more important than the SEO on your site.

How can i copy the whole website content?
I'm going on vacation and the place where i am going have no internet connection, im thinking about copying all the website content save it in my hard drive and read it offline. IS IT POSSIBLE?

Numerous programs to do it. Webzip, Offline Explorer, and my favorite: teleport pro. Be careful. Many of these programs consume a lot of the websites bandwidth. The webmaster may ban your IP from the website if he see's how much you downloaded. This is why I like Teleport pro so much. You can set how deep you want to save the website. E.g., how many pages down in the website do you want to save, or just a specific part of the website. This way your not consuming a ton of the websites resources. It's a real fascinating tool, the best if you ask me.

As I understand it (at least under UK law), material you produce is copyright by default. You don't need to do anything and you don't need to pay anything.
