There really isn't a best free hosting, each have limitation you have to work arround. The best provide at least 50 mb of upload space and no banner ads. A lot of hoster limit the file size you can upload, ex: 1 gb webspace but you can't upload a file larger than 1 MB, so 1 gb is pretty useless. Most have limited scripting and coding facility. When I go free host hunting I search for "free host review" sites, they provide a table to highlight which features is available or not.

Can I use my own webpage for Yahoo hosting?
Have purchased my own webpage and want ot use it instead of Yahoo SiteBuilder. Find the YSB too cnofusing. Can I use my own?

What do you mean? You bought a domain at Yahoo? You don't have to use YSB if you don't want to. You have two options: 1. Edit directly in your file-manager. 2. Create your site on your desktop or something using Frontpage or Dreamweaver. - LeZ

It has a great online website builder that allows you to create webpages without coding. Right now, MS is offering a free domain name for the first year (e.g. yourstore.com). What a lot of people do is to put paypal buttons on their office live site to enable e-commerce/payment (you can find out more from the office live community site) that's free.
