Some of my sources are inappropriate to begin with since they do not support inputting HTML/Javascript/PHP data into your webpages. And then some of them, like angelfire.com and geocities.com, I'm not 100% sure if they have something that automatically filter out user-inputted advertisements. You might want to try both AngelFire and Geocities. An alternative would be http://www.bluetoast.org/. If you e-mail them and can convince them / give them a good reason to host you for free, they probably will. Their hosting is very inexpensive otherwise though.

I'm not sure what you mean by accepting ads but they do allow you to put adsense code and other affiliate type ads and such on your pages. Plus they don't put their own ads on your page. They also give you 350MB of space and 100GB bandwidth.

Alot of sites disable the email for free accounts as people misuse them to send spam. You can get webhosting really cheap now so it wouldn't be too expensive to test it out for real.

I use Freewebs and my site has been open for 6 days. I'm already out of the 500mb of bandwidth I was given and this is the second time in 2 months! What is a different place to go to?
