Why is the e-mail control panel page as displayed in "help" under Yahoo Small Business different looking than Email Control Panel that I have when I sign in to my Small Business/Webhosting account?

PHP-Nuke Help ........?
I installed PHP-Nuke in my domain instead of my subdomain and now my website is gone. Does anyone know how to get my website back? Uninstall it from my domain and install in my subdomain. I use Yahoo webhosting and edit everything from the Yahoo webhosting control panel.

Gone is gone when you do this sort of thing. Your best bet is to contact your Web host and ask if they have a backup of your site; if so, ask them to use a version before you nuked your site with Nuke. Do it quickly, many Web hosts only hold on to backups for a week or so.

Create my own free webhosting company?

The problem is that I don't want to host it from my home computer, I want to host it from the hosting company I am with. You have to contact your hosting company for that. You can use helm control panel or get Cpanel if your allows it.

How do I make a complaint about yahoo?
Yahoo allowed me to purchase a premium webhosting package that I couldn't fully use in my country (UK). The store and checkout is designed for USA purchasing only, something you dont find out until you can access your control panel after buying. I spent over £200.00 trying to make it work. Now I have cancelled my plan, with my payments up to date to the day, they have taken another 2 months payments out of my account, leaving me as a business completely broken. I can prove this on every statement and bank account, but how do you get hold of the right people at customer care to get this matter sorted out? I'm not prepared to make a phonecall from the UK which will probably cost me another £50.00.

Contact your bank. Aol did something similar to my sister and the bank straightened everything out for her. Good luck!!!

You should use Linux, Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003 to run a website(s). You can use XP Pro with Microsoft Information Server. Linux can use Apache or other linux based webservers. There are other third-party webservers for Windows systems. Get a fixed IP address and a commercial DSL/Cable package. Do not use the web server PC for anything else. Get a battery back-up as well. Abyss is pretty simple. If you need more advanced controls for end users get ready to invest some money. You would be better off as a web reseller.
