Why does it necessarily have to be Yahoo? What specific features are you looking for? For web hosting, I like HostGator. what are ftp accounts for, when included in a web host package?
I know you need an ftp program, but only sometimes, (as many have online site builders/publishing interfaces), so why have, say TEN ftp accounts, included with a web hosting package, which only permits one domain? ie user?

For you to be able to post files up to the server. Can setup different accounts to default to different directories, so can do auto-publishing from your editor.

You need to be careful if you get a domain with Yahoo. The $1.99 is only for the first year, and for the next year, they will automatically charge you credit card with the full amount ($34.95/year or something more). It happened to me, so I would not want that to happen to you or anybody else. Their support is also poor so forget about getting back your money. The other offers on their website got the same trick around them. Don't fall for them.
