Web Hosting Company For Small Business

Should i sue a company that owes my small business $750 for 2 years of web hosting & Misc fees?


I would......take it to small claims court with proof of what they owe you. If they don't pay file a judgment on their real property, real estate for example. Or, their personal property, a car or boat for example.

How to register a small business?
Hi, I live in Brooklyn, New York City. I run a small web hosting company. I was wondering how I can register my business name. I don't need anything fancy, all I want to do is make my business official.

You need a Fictitious Business Name Statement in your county so you would get that at the County Clerk's office. Our state charges 30.00 for one and then you will receive a list of news papers that you can publish in. You will need to do that within 30 days of filing for your Fictitious Name and then after it has ran in the paper for 4 consecutive weeks it will be recorded. The paper usually will send the necessary paperwork in to the clerks office as proof of publication. You will have to check with them to be sure. The price varies for the publishing I paid 20 dollars to some very small paper but they took care of everything and it was the best price I could find. Most of them were 40-60 dollars. I would guess each state and county would have different charges.

start web hosting company?
ok, im 17 and id like to start my own web hosting company, i have quite a good knowledge of IT and the internet, but i have a realitivly small knowledge on business and running one, also is it at all possible to get some sort of grant to get me started. any help would be great, thank you for your time.

Looking for a free web template, for a small business, that is easy to set up (read- an idiot could use it).?
I have already registered a domain name and signed on with a hosting company but do no like any of their templates. Once I design the site, how do I link to my domain name?

You can try some of the templates at http://live.office.com They have many options for small businesses and they have a free basic option. You can get ideas from their templates and go ahead design around that. After that you just have to upload to your hosting company, and point your domain name to the hosting company's ip address and path. CORRECTION: I meant http://office.live.com
