Web Host Control Panel

Are there any good web hosts out there?
I need a free webhost that: -- has no advertisements -- allows FTP uploading -- does not require domain registration -- offers about 50 MB of web space I do NOT need PHP, MySQL, or any advanced control panel stuff. I just need a place to upload my HTML-based web pages without anything getting in the way. Any suggestions? ANYONE?! (Just don't suggest Google Pages. It's not a real web host.)

http://www.freehostia.com/ The best free host... They have ftp, html, cgi, php, sql.. All for free. Your domain would be domain.freehostia.com or you can add 2 free domains that you have registered else where (change nameservers)... They give you about 250mb and will allow htaccess (over ride).... They support almost any file type... To get extra stuff its only $1.95 a month but you dont need that... Also no credit card is required, all you need is a email address!
