They're all equally good. Hosting like that has a very large throughput, and you can stream video from any of them. Cheap hosting tends to bit a bit unstable, however, and I recommend investing a bit more.
Do I need 'special' web hosting to run a video website?
Hi, I want to build my own video streaming site to present my video clips (I'm a videographer). It will be similar to MSN Video or YouTube, where I'll have various of video categories and users can rate and comment. Right now I have hosting with GoDaddy; do I need special hosting to run a video site like this (it was mentioned to me that video streaming software needs to be installed on the server). With regards to streaming video, you have to take into account the following factors:
bitrate
how many simultaneous viewers at any one time
size of the video you want to show on screen.
My suggestion is to get a relatively small shared hosting account (i provide them from 99p per month). and for an extra £2.99 I can provide you with a dedicated streaming account for you to upload your streaming files to.
Host the files you wish to stream on your shared account, and as soon as a few people start watching it, your resources will be eaten up very quick..... and your bandwidth too.
