do I have to ask persmission to put a utube video on my website?
I have a website and i want to put some videos from Utube on it, do i have to ask permission from the creators of Utube to do this, or is it ok to just use them.

nope, they would make the embeded code private if they didnt want it on profiles, if the embeded code is there feel free! :)

Ok lets see how well i can do this. While on youtube, below the video is a box that says embed or embed code. I don't know waht exactly says because im on a school computer. Take that code prolly looks like this: Copy everything that is in the box and then login to xanga. Go to post and when you are on the post page there should be a code option somewhere. It may be on the bottom or on the menu on top, you want to switch from like a rich text mode which you are in by default to a code editor or something named like that. Then copy the code in the text box anywhere. If you want to center the video you can place that code in between two center tags. Example:

i visit utube website, a window will pop out saying'you are banned, the administrator did not do this,?

The K-Lite Codec Pack fixed it for me. There's an option in the settings there that magically fixes it, can't get my head around it myself.

the URL still on you tube take a look at the "subscribe" orange button next to the video,under that button click the little blue link that says "more info" and the code is right there!
