Do I have to pay tax in the UK for an internet business?
I am 17 years old (soon to become 18) and am thinking of starting an on-line web hosting business . Obviously due to the nature of the internet customers may be from around the world. Would I have to pay tax on any earnings? If yes, were would I go to find more information about this works / how to pay.

Can I use a .com which has been registered already as a .co.uk
I have a dilemma concerning a .com domain I bought a month ago. For now let's call it somethinginternet.com. I was planning to start my own small reseller hosting/domain business only to find that such a business already exists at somethinginternet.co.uk. I am really pleased with my domain, and had no idea at all that the name was in use until after I bought it. I find it extremely odd that a seemingly respectable UK hosting company (I estimate they receive at least 500 hits a day), would not bother to register their .com name. Am I entitled to go ahead and use it anyway - or would I have legal issues to deal with if I did so? If it would be unwise to proceed with using the domain, what would be my other options?

Hi, I been trying to find a good and reliable company for host and domain but can't find one around my budget that I have now..I need to find one that don't make me pay for the 12 or 36 months once you sign up with them...I need month to month 2 or 3 months maybe. Well to begin with the downloading speed is damn slow...then mostly the server is not 99% uptime then the customer service sucks...once u become a customer u r taken for granted...and the list goesn on and on... i suggest that u try visiting http://www.xekom.com they have a list of the top hosting companies there, and be sure to pick one of them cause they all are much much better.
