x10 hosting is the best you can go subdomain or if you own a domain you can use that to they only but one small banner add on your site and you need to visit there forums once every 2 weeks or get at least 300 hits per day. i would highly recommend them.
How can I host a Godaddy account subdomain (only) to a diffrent host?
I have a Godaddy account (mydomain.com) with very very low bandwidth. I want to host a subdomain only (sub.mydomain.com) with an another free host.
Is it possible with Godaddy? Also, can I create email account as mail@sub.mydomain.com?
My Godaddy control panel does not give me any options to change name servers to the ones suggested by my another host (ns1.myanotherhost.com and ns2.myanotherhost.com). Plese help.

You should consider changing hosting plans. Godaddy has very limited options with very costly hosting.
How much are you paying? What all do you get on your hosting plan?
I use godaddy for my domain name purchases but I use hostgator for my hosting.
It is very simple to add a sub domain with other hosting plans. You could probably pay $4.95 a month for more bandwidth with unlimited sites and unlimited emails, and unlimited subdomain plus a world of other freebies with it being very user friendly and easy to do. If you choose to go with other hosting plan, transferring your site should be user friendly too from the control panel, Good luck!

my problem IS that i don't know what to do!
i use plesk, and there ( in my httpdocs ) i have a folder named BLOG, in there i have my first page! its firs page ( my blog page) told me that put your theme here, my problem is... what theme? it support php too. the problem is that and that's compeletly complex!
It depends on your configuration.
If you have access to a database and PHP for example, you could install WordPress (http://wordpress.com/)
Or, if your provider has something pre-installed make use of this application.
Think of a good name, content that you may publish and a fitting design!

I'm looking for a FREE web host for a friend. Even there are some cheap ones I'm looking for a totally Free one. With the most descent subdomain name cause there are some that are like: www. freesitesanddomainstopp100. hostfree. yourname.com, so something a liittle smaller would be nice. With no ads and in general the best service. It's for a person that's making his first site, but knows about HTML, so this site should permit HTML design and has a lot of pictures and info.
