How to speed up file sharing?
I'm running Virtualbox version 2.0.6 with a Windows Xp guest OS on my linux host. I set up a folder on my host which my Xp guest can access through "My Network Places". There is an annoying delay ( ~15s) when I click to open my shared folder on my guest. Is there any way to speed up virtual networking on my machine? Could it be my host's firewall?
