Your isp gives you one. http://gmail.com can give you free access to theirs. Although there are many all over the internet, you won't have access to use them. They are usually only for paying customers!

Wy are emails to Yahoo email accounts from my account are not going through?
Friends with Yahoo! accounts are not receiving emails from my @redone.org account. I signed up for Yahoo and sent myself some test emails and they did not appear in my Yahoo inbox or bulk mail folder. I did not receive an error message from the email either. Has anyone experienced this same issue with emails? Emails are being sent from a shared server at Hostgator.com. Thanks.

If you read the Failure notice it will tell you. Other wise I can ramble on all day about why you got a failure notice. 1. Temporary Suspended Account. From either Sender or receiver. 2. Cancelled account. 3. Full email box. 4. Your on a botnet with a virus and the server returned it because your ISP has stopped letting you send email until the PC is cleaned of botnet virus. 5. Wrong email address or domain of recipients. 6. Too many email addresses on one sending. 7. One address needs to be corrected before any on a multiple list can be sent. 8. The message took too long and can`t find address so one of the servers gave up.

How can i send a large video file to a friend without using email???
I have a coupple of video files i want to show to my friends...one is 179.8MB the other is 72,000KB...Is there a way i can send it to them without using my email??? If not is there an email server that would support this type of file sharing

Okay here's whats going on. I currently work for a major entertainment company. You've heard of it (it starts with a D). I just recently got a call to interview for a very good position that I have wanted for a very long time in another department. After two phone interviews, I was set up for an in person interview. I met with 5 people and the director of the department last thursday. This interview could not have gone better. they were asking when I could start and telling me what project I would be on. Showing me what I would be doing. everything. They ended by saying that the recruiting supervisor would be in touch with me in the next few days. Now I didn't meet with the Recruiting supervisor because she was out of town with a family emergancy. On tuesday I sent everyone thank you letters (emails, because we all share the same email server). No one replied. I'm not sure if thats standard. Now it's been a week and I'm not sure if I should call the recruiting supervisor and see whats going on. I don't want to appear insincere since she just had a family emergancy. I've thought about calling her assistant and seeing whats up. But I don't want to offend her by not calling her. So, it's been a week. they said she would get back to me in a day or two. but she has this family emergancy that might be holding her back. I don't want this position to slip away. and I really want to know where I stand. So should I call her and see whats up? should I call her assistant? or should I call next week? Okay. So I called the assistant and he said that she was back in the office, but she has been very busy this week. He said he would tell her that I am still waiting for feedback from the interviews. So, should I just play the waiting game now or should I give her a call on monday?

Happened to me in another industry. Everything looked great and they said they'd contact me "next week" either way. I waited for 2 weeks and then was getting ready to contact them when I got my rejection letter. Contact and let them know that you're still interested in the position and are wondering if they've made their final position yet. Keep it professional and they won't fault you. By the by, I don't think that e-mail thank you notes are quite accepted as professional yet. Some things should still be done the old fashioned way.

"may not necessarily match the email address of the recipient" this is written in this way,.. due to the fact that one can easly check ones mail from a friends house or at school... **or at least that is what I read from what you have posted

IMAP email sharing between a mac and a PC?
I have my own email and web hosting, and I need to access my account from both home (a mac) and at work (a PC). Since I really don't like webmail interfaces, I end up downloading all my messages twice (at home and at work), sorting out junk mail twice, filing messages twice. . .you get the picture. My question is--would it be possible to have all my email data on a remote server and simply tap into that from at home and work on a standalone program such as eudora--is that what IMAP does? Will this work in a cross-platform situation? Any input would be GREATLY appreciated. . .

I either click on the envelope at the top of the page and click on >send link, is better then just sending page, more options for receiver, or you can rt. click the mouse on the page and there is the option to email page to to friend. My friends think the link works the best for them to receive.

Can I add Standerd Windows 2003 Servers to a network running Windows SBS 2003?
I run a network with about 32 users on it. Its has 3 DCs and a Exchange server all runing windows server 2000. DC #1 use to share a Satellite internet connection. All it does now is user authentacation, store profiles, and DNS. It is also is a GC and master DC, The internet is shared now with a Linksys RV082 Dual Wan Router and has two 1.5 DSL lines hooked up to it. DC #2 Authencates users, DNS, DHCP, MSSQL (accounting DB) and Fileserver. It too is a GC. DC #3 authencates users and is a Terminal Server to share applications. It too is a GC. The Exchange Server handles email, OWA, and a web timecard program that interfaces with MSSQL. So I have a copy of SBS Perm 2003 SP1 that was bought before I took over the network. I have a new server that i installed SBS 2k3 on. The current email server is have issues and I would like to dump it. The other DCs are running windows 2000 server and I would like to start the path to upgrade them to 2003. What are the restrictions for SBS 2003.

They have no difference, w2k3 or SBC w2k3. They are still w2k3. Just ignore SBS, that's a marketing jabs. Totally distasteful, disgrace and disgusting. It just like someone sell you a yellow banana and telling you that is an organic banana.

Best way to send Email to all Website Members?
Hi... I have more than 5000 members on a website. The website is on ASP with SQL back end. I send 1 Email Update to members every week. I use a simple Form in which matter is written and click "send mail" and mail is looped one by one to all members. But once the membership crossed 2500, the mail sending has been erratic. Page expires before mails are send fully. The session time was increased to hours still no use. The shared server does not allow any DLL to be installed. How do I send mail to all the people without trouble? I take a small fee and now I am being fired for not being regular. I could not get help from the programmer who coded the site. He says he can't do anything and ask to contact host. Host says the mail server will not allow bulk mail. But mine is a regular formal business requirement of mailing people who have chosen to receive mail. Can anybody suggest a way out?

Is it not possible to mail a small number of users at a time? instead of running the script mailing all at once...mail first 100 then another 100 or whatever number your host seems to allow.
