There could be a lot of reasons. 1.) The administrator of your computer and / or network may have locked that out in some security software. 2.) That may be a specially secured directory in that domain that can't be accessed by any other than people with access to that server on their network and / or scripts running on that network. 3.) It may be that the domain has a security firewall running that requires certain information to be sent and / or scanned to determine privileges on that system and directory. Basically, it probably amounts to you aren't supposed to be there or someone hasn't found out that you are supposed to be there and fixed it for you yet.

Port to use for VNC at school?
Hi, my school blocks almost all ports. I'm currently running a VNC sever off one of my computers on port 443 which my school doesn't block. But I want to get another VNC working at school on a second computer at my house but all the common ports I can think of are blocked at school. (Port 80 isn't an option, my isp blocks it.) Any suggestions as to a very common port that would be unblocked? I can't use port 443 again due to port forwarding on my home network. (You can't forward traffic on a specific port to two different computers.) To clarify: What would be a port that would have to be unblocked to allow general internet access at my school? (Other than 80)

Just register all your computers on the same account and you can connect to any of them from ANY computer just using your browser ... no need to install VNC on the computer you are trying to connect from. Once you start using Logmein you will not believe how you were able to do without it !!

Paso fino throwing head when trying to collect her.?
Heres the deal I have a paso im using a paso bit which can be sever because of the very high port.She throws her head all the time when you bring her in to collect her.Do you think a running martingale will help or possible another bit?If so what kind of bit?Thx

Throwing the head is a result of discomfort. A horse properly trained should never bob its head when asking for collection. Either your hands are to heavy, causing pain when you ask for collecting because you are pulling the rein to hard (someone I know once got a broken nose by using a bit to harsh and pulling to hard - horse threw her head suddenly and whacked the rider in the nose). Even with lighter hands, some bits are just to harsh for sensitive horses - look into snaffle bits and try them. You can also try a lower curb bit or not using the chain. The bit looks similar to many western bits, so maybe try a Western curb that still has shanks, but not the lower bar and try with and without the chain. I would not suggest a martingale - it is a band aid to the problem and often not an effective one. On youtube, TV and in person, I have seen many many horses still throw their heads and rear with running and standing martingales. Another thing to look at is if she is ready for collection. Is she supple in her back and able to be flexible? Is she a tense or relaxed horse? My mare was very tense when I first started riding her. She was not started under saddle until she was 5 and was 6 before she was able to even think about collection. These are all things to consider when looking at why your horse tosses her head.
