Can you resell used computer/video games legally?
i would like to do a fundraiser for my Girls Scouts Troop by hosting a video game swap and sale. People could bring their used equipemnt and sell it or swap it with others. Is this legal?

Yes-- it has to do with the "first sale" doctrine, which states that once you buy a legal, licensed copy of a work, you can do whatever you want with it (with some exceptions like mutilating it, amending it and selling it as your own work, etc.). But simply reselling it is fine (so long as you're reselling the original, NOT a copy that you've made, and NOT keeping a pirated copy).

I have one domain, how i can make money?
Hello Friends! I have one domain related to CD. So I want to make some money on internet by reselling some products. But I don't know what I can resell. If I resell CD's or DVD's it will be great. But the problem is that I don't have hosting, I can only upload html files. So If you have any idea, that what can i resell easily. It will be great. Before I was reselling domain's and hosting and I make some money also. But know I don't have hosting. So please give me better sugession's or direct links to sell products on my website. looking for software to create gameshow online..?

There is no standard s/w to host the game show. It depends on what platform you have used to develop the game and accordingly you have to select your hosting company. Another factor is the traffic you expect at the site. So as you develop the game you have to keep in mind your eventual mode of delivery.
