If you are willing to pay for it.. there are bunch of web hosting companies that provide you with 190gb storage and 2500gb bandwidth, infact when you buy a 190 gb storage web hosting plan you get unlimited bandwidth with some of the web hosting companies. Just google for web hosting and you will find many web hosting companies there are many cheap ones too. But if you are looking for free web hosting than I am afraid you will find none with 190gb storage.

Cool, what kind of online journal? I know this one company that does website design for really cheap - and it's this content management kind, where once they are done you're able to manage the site and make changes to all the content and pix and stuff like that. I don't know a ton about their prices but I know that their cheapest package starts at like $199 and they do all of your hosting and stuff for cheap.
