what is the best way to introduce a new rooster into an established roosters domain?
My new rooster is a Longhorn and my established one is a Brama. Both are about equal in height, alto the Longhorn is heavier. I have the Longhorn in a large dog kennel now and the Brama seems interested. I do NOT want to have a knock down fight. Thank you.

Sorry, but you CAN'T have two roosters living in the same area, ESPECIALLY if it has already been established as another rooster's domain. They just WON'T get along, and they WILL fight. I guess there could be SOME exceptions, but I highly doubt it, and, I wouldn't know of a way to introduce the new rooster.

Can i transfer my property taxes to my new home if the government is using eminent domain?
A friend told me if the govt takes your home you are allowed to keep your property taxes amount and transfer to new home if they are lower. Is this true?

You should check with the taxing body for your property. In some locations, if you acquire a comparable replacement property, you may have the right to transfer the tax assessment to the new property. If your property is taken for eminent domain, you should consult with a legal expert in such matters for your location.

How do I point my domain name to a new host?
I am creating a website for my small business and I'm not very web savvy. So I got a basic monthly package through Yahoo Small Business, and frankly their web design package isn't that good. I've found another company I like better, and they told me I should "point" my registered domain name to them for hosting. How do I do this? And if I do, will I end up paying both Yahoo and the new company a monthly fee? I would appreciate answers from anyone who is experienced with this.

If the new company is going to be hosting your website and domain name, then no, you will only need to pay the new company. The process of moving your domain varies between hosting companies. If they are a decent company they should offer you some free support. If you need help designing a website, check craigslist.com in your local area, and then look at computer services. many local web designers offer website desgin for under $500, and they will deal with the setup usually.

Is it necessary to register a new business? Is reserving a domain name enough?
I live in Minneapolis and want to start a small business. How do I reserve a name for the business (do I reserve a domain name?) What is the best way to reserve a name? Networksolutions or godaddy or yahoo? Also, what is a good service for hosting a website? How much can I expect as a monthly payment? How do I register my business?

Depending on the type of business you register, you will need to go to either the County Clerk or the Secretary of the State. For a sole proprietorship, DBA or partnership you will need to register with the County Clerk. For a limited liability company, limited partnership, or corporation, you will need to register with the Secretary of the State. You need to register a business in order to report taxes to the IRS (make sure you file the correct IRS forms when registering your business as well). Failure to do so is against the law, and incurs substantial consequences. Contact your County Clerk or Secretary of the State for specific information, they are there to help you. You might also want to consider locating a small business assistance center near you, which can help with creating a business plan, as well as registering, marketing and operating your business. Their advice is normally free. If you do not plan on starting the business right away, you can usually reserve a business name with the county or state for a minimal fee. I hope this helped. How should I choose my domain name for my new website?
I am a small business and I am starting a new website

Name is after your business name. For example, if your small business is Example Company, get www.example.com or www.examplecompany.com. If it is taken, try a variable of this. Essentially you want to keep it as close to your business name as possible.

Selling domain name and then transferring it to new owner?
I have two domains and I want to sell them on ebay. My problem is that after I sell them I don't know how to transfer it to the owner. I bought them from GoDaddy so if anyone can tell me what to do I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Godaddy are notorious for making it very difficult to transfer domains away, so you'll have to make sure that the points below are all in order before you sell the domains. Check the email address in the whois of the domains. It's via this email address you'll have to confirm the transfer, if it isn't correct any more you have to to update it. Domains will have a transfer prohibition activated by default, this has to be changed using the control panel before the domains can be transferred. Godaddy have a 60-day "block" policy: if a domain has been with godaddy for less than 60 days, or if you have made changes to the owner data in the whois in the last 60 days, the domain can't be transferred. The link belows give details for transferring a domain to enom, points one to four will apply regardless of where you're transferring to.

How do I redirect a new parked domain to a subdirectory on my existing website?
I want to leave my existing domain name pointing to the original index.html file.

If you use Cpanel with your site, go to the "addon domains" control section. Here, you should be able to enter the domain name, what subdomain you want it to point to, and enter your password. You should be all set.

Is there a way to see where on the domain an e-mail originated? Is there a new virus I should know about?
So I checked my exchange server this morning ad it is trying to send out over 10,000 e-mail from an account "alert@bankofamerican.com", this is not an account on my server. I have relaying turned off, I have sender and recipient filtering turned on. I have even added that address as a blocked address and it is still adding new requests into the queue. How can i tell which computer ouf the 30 in our domain it is being generated on? Has anyone had an experience like this, I have Symantec Corp on each computer and I have checked that they are updating and scanning as scheduled and none show any problem. When i find the culprit computer what do I eliminate?

turn the MTA loggin up under System Manager Server > Properties Diagnostic logging and you can get more info in the event viewer on the exchange server
