Motion To Sever

what happens to the person that has to go to court for a motion to sever?

Jena is smart- what happens is what happens with ANY motion; the COurt grants or denies it

what does it mean when you get a motion to sever?

not sure what you are asking exactly......but if it is a motion to serve on a jury you have to go.......otherwise they can put a warrant out for your arrest

SEVER reaction during/side affects after stopping birth control?
4 months into taking necon 1/35 i broke out in a rash for a few weeks, then turned into intense chest pain, swelling in head with headakes-pulsing,blackingout, shaking- I(not doctors) figgured out i was having reaction to the pill, and took myself off of it. All symptoms went away for the past month, but 2 weeks ago started haveing siezure like motions in bed, horrible chest pain-breathing problems, now all day since i have nausea, chest pain, left arm numbness(which went away) blood sugar of 57,resting pulse at 80-racing heart, dizzyness,naushea-had a "panic attack" the doctors say- no doubt in my mind i was dieing at the time, but now that i think about it- i think i am having symptoms to the pill still- the dr. said it can be in your system up to 6 months after you stop. has anyone else had this experience? and when did it end? i can not sleep for shaking and blacking out right at the point of falling asleep, and i get sick with all symptoms when i drive.

yeah the pill can last in your system for a good couple months after stopping use. What you have described is exactly an allergic reaction to the pill. I can imagine how worried you are because the pill that I have started to come off of (have been off for almost 2 weeks now), Yasmin, caused me a hard time breathing. It also gave me major muscle twitches - almost like my muscles independantly were having their own sort of seizure. It gave me a racing heartbeat (I woke up one night because I was suddenly very aware of my rapid breathing and heartrate and the fact that I couldn't for the life of me get a deep breath). It also gave me severe depression, dizziness, a migraine at one point (never had in my life!), ear congestion, anxiety, and the list goes on (I filled an 8.5"x11" sheet of paper with all my problems). Even at one point during my horseback riding lesson, I couldn't breathe and I was freaking out because I wasn't able to get a deep breath (and trust me, I work really hard when I ride my horse!). I even would get dizzy to the point that I felt like I was drunk and numerous times thought to myself that I shouldn't have even been driving. If I were you, I'd go the ER right about now because this is serious! I think it says that if you EVER experience any of this, then to get yourself to the doctors immediately. Other than that, I don't know what else to tell you other than I hope you make it through. I know what I have felt through the use of the pill (now through 4 prescriptions) hasn't been nearly as bad as you, but I have been scared as it is with my experience! The chest pain, breathing problems and numbness for sure are all symptoms of a blood clot (I learned that when I was on Diane-35 for a week and a half and was taken off due to possible DVT in my legs/arm!). Blood clots can break off from the limb (usually found in the leg or the arm) and travel to the lung which can be fatal. That of course doesn't mean that you necessarily have a blood clot, but it could be a possibility. Definitley get yourself to the hospital no matter what though - it is uber uber serious and may be life threatening. I THINK in Canada, the equivalent to Nevcon 1/35 is Ortho 1/35 (but I'm not sure)...I was on Ortho 0.5/35 and it did amazing things for me (except get rid of my cramps and heavy period...the main reason for going onto the pill) but everyone is different. With other medications, I have experienced the rash, so that is FOR SURE an allergic reaction. I know this because Advil Liqui-Gels and Benadryll I am allergic to...the Advil gives me hives galore and puffs up my face and the Benadryll gives me the same, but also gives me lines down my arms....both blue and red lines.

Pressure in my head behind brain and eyes, blood clots, lungs, heart, kidneys, liver, thyroid, EVERYTHING checked out with flying colors. I understand that the one incident in the car could have been a panic attack- but for symptoms to last over 2 weeks i don't understand. please help.

Yes, this could be severe side effects of the birth control pill that you came off of but I would recommend getting another opinion preferably from someone that does not share the same office of the doctor that you saw, to see what they think could be going on.

Extreme shoulder/neck pain?Woke up this way and I'm young. help?
I woke up this morning with peircing pain in my right shoulder and neck. It getting worse and have a sever limited range of motion. It hurts so bad. I dont have insurance and cant go to the doctor. Could someone please tell me whats wrong.

I used to have this problem all the time. You really need to see a Chiropractor, because after a few sessions with one, I have never experienced that pain again! They usually cost about $35-$40 a visit, but it is money well spent. In the meantime, You might want to try using a hot compress for 20 minutes and then switch to a cold compress for the next 20 minutes and go back and forth between hot and cold for a few hours and see if that helps the pain. My Doctor advised me of this and it helped a great deal. You could also get someone to massage it , this really helps a lot! Good luck and I hope you feel better very soon. Extreme shoulder neck pain young woke up this way. help?
I woke up this morning with peircing pain in my right shoulder and neck. It getting worse and have a sever limited range of motion. It hurts so bad. I dont have insurance and cant go to the doctor. Could someone please tell me whats wrong.

probably pulled something or slept wrong. try ibuprofen, it is an anti-inflammatory as well as a pain reliever. then alternate hot and cold in 5-10 minute increments. that's what physical therapists suggest for muscle pain. for hot you can put rice (regular not instant) into a sock and tie it in a knot, then microwave it a few minutes. it will hold heat a long while. good luck

How did the scientific revolution and enlightenment change the world of science, supporting it with evidence, make sure that each sentence severs the purpose of proving your point. Using: geocentric, heliocentric, Galileo(his theories on planetary got him in trouble with the church), Copernicus (1st scientist to create a complete model of the solar system with the sun in the center), Boyle (laws of chemistry: temp, volume, pressure affects of glasses), Isaac Newton (studied laws of motion and gravity. How is this poem? Any feedback will be appreciated.?
Above the Change Months, years, and decades have worn their mood's shade Seasons and people have changed as they start to fade Cyclic motions of the ones above the difference of time Those that try to relive the memories of their own prime Refuse to forget staying Above the Change in more than name Playing the game of their long gone fifteen minutes of fame Again, and again this change racks the majority of the strays The need to be recognized has never been stronger than today Leaves Fall and flowers Spring between the Winter of tonight The Summer heat of one whom is above the change gives delight Never to fade as the people understand the passage of the year Some turn into different spectors of their past selfs full of fear Just remember this one thing, life is true but will never be forever Birth, life, and death are changes in themselves that shall never sever One great or bad day can alter life's mood just as history states To be Above the Change and indifferent to it is to rise above the fates *The nations can sometimes fall just like individual people

"It's too long! Poems do not have sentences! They are just a phrase or even just a word or two! Sorry, but i do not like it! " I don't agree with "Blondie". This person obviously does not know how to critise a persons work and is not aware that great writers such as Homer wrote a whole allegy of work in poetry... over 500 pages long. Anyway, I think its great. I encourage you to however pay attention to grammer. "Refuse to forget staying Above the Change in more than name" This sentence is a bit confusing and wordy you might want to change it around. I love the powerful theme and the imagery you use in this poem. It's a very lifting poem and I absolutely love the last line. It's very clear, I didnt need a dictionary to read it lol Over all, great job.. I'll be waiting to see more of your work

Extreme shoulder pain.?
I have had 2 surgerys on my right shoulder I tore my Labrum in 3 spots and have 4 suetures (not sure how to spell that) in that holding it back down in place. I had a frayed tendon they attempted to repair and a piece of bone floating around (which was left in). It has been 13 months since my last surgery I never got back full range of motion and I deal with chronic pain. The last 2 days the pain was got so paid it almost unbearable. I am a veteran and I went into the emergency room to get a referral to go and see orthopedics because I know I need another surgery. The emergency room doctor felt my shoulder and told me that I have a 98% chance of having a separated shoulder frayed tendons/liniments and chance or having a re torn my labrum and that I will have to have another surgery. I have been dealing with this for two years now. Am I ever going to live a normal life with full range of motion, and without chronic pain? how long is recovery from a surgery this sever? I'm only 22yrs old

The shoulder is a very complicated joint. You may have to give up your hope of full range of motion. I hope you find a good surgeon.
