In Runescape there are no private servers. All servers have been created by JaGex and the only way a new server can be created is JaGex making one. Anyone website claiming to make you a free server is probably going to download a virus to your computer.

You dont. Emulators / private servers are against Blizzards TOS. If you have an active account with WoW, you’ve agreed with this the first time you logged in and the first time you logon after each patch. Your account can be banned for playing on a private server. You might want to weigh whether losing access to your characters is worth it. Running (making) emulator / private server is actually illegal. Blizzard is one of the only game companies to win court cases against the operators of private servers. Even if you don’t have a WoW account, connecting to a private server is illegal. How do you download a maplestory private sever?
I downloaded maplestory version 55. Then I downloaded finalstory client. I extracted it using WinRAR in the maplestory folder. When i try to open up finalstory, it says it cant find ijl15.dll . No matter how many times i try, it doesnt work.PLEASE HELP ME?

Pretty much, same here... I actually had to create a new folder and put all of my servers into that same folder, it'll work only if it has the ijl15.dll IN the same folder as the program, setup, and patcher. I honestly wouldnt play finalstory, you should download Unholyms.com <3 best private server I've found. Have fun ^_^

Secondly, just search WoW private server hosting on yahoo....good luck, even though I'm not exactly reccomending this.

i can only give u the theory since i don't play that specific game.. the game itself will either have a built in server program or a seperate server program (call of duty etc . has them) when you go into multiplayer/network play you should be able to "host" game.. only thing is, your connection , as it takes a lot of bandwidth up to host games.
