Do ticket reselling laws apply to sales outside of state/provincial jurisdiction in question?
If there is an event in a state/province where selling a ticket above face value is illegal, can a person legally sell that ticket at a higher price outside of the state/province in another place where such activities are legal? This would make sense just like Indian reserves hosting gambling websites; a person is able to gamble on the site so long as the site is hosted in a place where gambling is legal. I'd appreciate any documentation on how jurisdiction works! Thanks in advance!

I am looking for a site with a set price on unlimited space and unlimited bandwich and unlimited domains for a windows helm control panel.

I have looked into hosting resale, and nobody offers unlimited space/bandwidth/domains. Many offer quite a bit of space and bandwidth, but domains cost money to register, and as such nobody can afford to offer unlimited domains. I ended up building my own webhosting server, so I can do whatever I darn well please.

I was wondering if there is such a place to resell MUD hosting accounts? Please provide a link if you can.?

Do I need a license to sell tickets to an event in NJ; and what qualifies as a place of entertainment?
I want to sell tickets to a dinner that I am going to host a VFW or Elk's Lodge or some such place. Must I obtain a license to sell these tickets? I am not sure if these examples qualify as "places of entertainment", and I will be selling these tickets myself--not reselling someone elses tickets--and am not sure if that will make a difference. If I do need a license-what is it and where can I apply for it?

I was wondering if its against regulations reselling exotic and sex toys..sexy lingerie through an yahoo host website. i was thinking of opening up a yahoo online store with the intention of reselling sex toys and lingerie. I thought maybe i would violate yahoo rules. Anyone know of something like that? If not selling that i was also thinking of selling baby or pet items..

Lingerie is considered clothing, so it is o.k., however, used sex toys are often illegal to sell because of the possibility of spreading diseases. I know I wouldn't buy anything like that. Always consider items that can be shipped easily, and can be purchased for re-sell easily. Good luck!

It depends on the volume of business you plan to engage in. Selling the odd computer on eBay or similar websites is typically viewed as a hobby. Repeat selling of larger quantities of computers is typically deemed to be the behaviour of a business. You would be required to conform to your local government regulations regarding the operation of a business - included registering business name, taxation, etc.
