Host Banners

Anyone know of a web host that has a good site builder AND allows banners (html insert)?
I'm trying to find a good site builder to recommend to my friends and other homeschoolers that want to start an affiliate site, but aren't really computer savvy (yet!). Some sitebuilders don't let you insert html, which you need to put in a banner.

how do i set up affiliate banners?

When you join affiliate program, usually their will provided you with the html code for your banner. Just copy the code and put it in your template. If you use blogger, its more easy and simple... How do I create HTML banners for MySpace with MS Office 2007?
I have MS 2007 Suite, but I'm not sure what program I use to create banners to add to my MySpace page. I tried Publisher, but the photobucket won't let me upload a .pub file. I use photobucket to host my pictures. Thank you.

you cant use publisher to make an image - you need to use a paint program

Why cant I get Internet explorer to block banners?
I can go into privacy in internet explorer tools and manually put the web address of a pesky banner or popup. But this method seems to fail. And I really don't want to purchase a banner blocker when IE should be doing the job. Any Suggestions? PS, I tried the host-file trick and it truly slows down pages opening when surfing. ok I should of also said I dont want to use firefox. I have it for extreem emergencies but prefer getting a handle on IE banners. Thats what I want to get help on

has anyone posted affiliate banners with yahoo site builder?
I am attempting to build a website which will host many of my affiliates with yahoo site builder. However I am experiencing difficulty posting the banners with my unique id on the website. Has anyone worked with this before and how did you get the banner to appear?

You need dynamic Id , you cannot work with unique ID
