Does the google server records all search requests? Say I typed star wars into the google toolbar; later on, I clear the history of my google tolbar but does a record is always kept in the google server/search engine?

Does Yahoo server statistics code interfere with Google?
I just put up website on a Yahoo hosting account. When I tried to validate the code, it turns out that the Yahoo server adds codes to the page for statistics and it's not valid. Will this code interfere with Google picking up the site and it's ranking on Google?
No, most of the web does not have completely validated code including Google.
You have a whole lot of other things to work on to improve rank, as long as your pages display correctly on all popular browsers, you'll be fine.
I'm not saying clean code is not important, just that it is not to the search engine's ranking of sites. Check out a few of the top internet properties for yourself.

do you have any firewalls like norton security or zone alarm? i had a pop up in zone alarm to allow asking if i wanted to give it permissions to the internet. this was during th install. and after install. i would suggest closing or disabling your firewall if you have one installed.
How to search with google desktop in local server (Lan)?
As I search with google desktop, my results are just from my computer. I want to search in my local server too.
You can't, for a very specific reason.
Google sell network appliances which let you do this at http://www.google.com/enterprise/ with the most simple of them costing $30,000 allowing you to search up to half a million documents on your server. If they were to provide this for free using Google Desktop Search, I don't imagine they'd sell many.
