Free website hosts with over 5G space?
I want to create my own website, what hosts would u advise? another question: as i have seen most hosts offer up to 100Mb of space, what is the avarage size of a website? how much space is usually considered as enough? oooo too many question sorry, but please :) love u all xxx

Hello. I would recommend www.freewebhosting.ws. They have 5Gig of space, and great support. The average size depends on the number of pages, the size and number of pictures on the site and the size of any files you may host on the site. 5 gigs of space should give you more than enough for anything you would do on your site. If you start to need more than 5 Gigs I would suggest you check into getting a vps or dedicated server if that time ever comes.

ARE there any free website hosts to deploy my Java based website?
I want to deploy my demo website for oppertunities with freelancer clients. I would really like to start my own website, I just don't know WHERE to start. I would like to have my own domain name, and not something like freewebs.com. I'm pretty familiar with the Internet and web coding, I just need help getting started with this whole shebang. My stepmom uses godaddy.com, but I don't really like it. Anybody know of anything else? How to make a good website using a free subdomain?
I would like to know good free website hosts that have plenty of file space. I plan to use this site to upload my own mp3's that i made and they are about 4-9 MB's apiece. I also could use one of the hosts with the site builder tool or something of that nature. I would like the url to be as short as possible as well, such as www.mysite.co.us or www.mysite.com as opposed to www.hostsite.com/mysitename Thanks ok its fine if my website is www.mysite.subdomain.com i just dont want it to be www.subdomain.com/mysite and i have found a few that had between 1.5 and 5 GB of space, but none of them have a site editor also i just want it because i dont feel like dealing with all the html
