You can use a cjb.net domain. They allow you to set nameservers. Then your address will be http://www.yoursite.cjb.net/ . You can set the nameserver by logging in to your account. They only allow you to set one nameserver. For example, ns1.electedhosting.com . And you can get free hosting at http://addyour.net or http://www.byethost.com .

geocities.com is the best, but you don't get your own real domain name. It'll be a name off of geocities. If you want a real domain name you have to pay and register it.
