There are programs available that track your dynamic IP address and can simulate the DNS service that translates your domain name to your IP. Not sure if they're free though. Get hold of Apache, PHP and MySQL from sites like Triad (which is an all in one package). This is free and will enable your home PC to be a web server. Also handy for website development of your own stuff. Most of the cheaper web hosts run on Apache so it's good preparation. Good luck to you.

I have used both Acne Free and Proactiv and had better results with Acne Free. According to the ingredients, it has a stronger concentration of benzoyl peroxide. I have had acne for 19 years and it is the best product I have ever used including prescription. There are two strengths: their regular product and "Severe". I started w/ the severe product then downgraded to the regular product once my acne was under control. You should probably see a dermatologist if you have no luck.
