Are there any domain registration sites that accept just the paypal balance?
I'm looking for affordable domain registration from a site that accepts the paypal balance and doesn't require a credit card to back-up the paypal account. Godaddy and other sites accept paypal but require a credit card or debit card. I have neither, but desperately want to register a domain name. Suggestions? Thanks

If you want a domain name, you have to buy one from a vendor. There are plenty of these sellers out there, and some of them are pretty shady. Don't let anyone charge you more than US$10 for a top-level domain (e.g. .com, .org, .net). I recommend namecheap.com. There are also lots of hosting companies that offer free domains as part of their hosting plans. Seeing as you will need hosting as well as a domain name to start up a site, it makes sense to take advantage of one of these offers. Some hosting plans let you link multiple domain names to one site, or to different parts (subdomains) of your site. Good luck!
