Why doesnt Microsoft create a hosted software demo environment?
to try out software like this http://www.niallkennedy.com/blog/archives/2006/09/microsoft-max.html It requires .Net v3 RC1. That is a 500 MB download. I dont want to download and install it just to test out "Max". What if Max doesnt meet my needs? Why doesnt Microsoft extend the Shareware model to Hosted Demo for x days or y uses or whichever comes first ?

Demo is a short cut of Demonstration which outlined the purpose of the soft ware and they always put the soft ware with very low package you can consider that kind of Ads which motivate you to buy the full version and some times they give authority to use the software and when it comes to commercial usage a wizard will guide you to buy/ complete the full version

See if any of your friends will host a party, like at work, daycare centre, school, bridal showers, baby showers, church, clubs, ask everywhere, network, if your just starting I think you need 4 parties booked. Make them fun, remember its how you sell the product is what gets the sales. Good luck

What is the best & most cost efficient video-conferencing software for a small business?
Our company is very small, and would like to look into video conferencing. What are some good options to look at? We would be using it primarily for a one to many situation, one host (with a camera) and many participants (with cameras). We received a demo of adobe connect pro, and liked it very much, but it was a bit out of our price range.

We are also a small company and we do online presentations for our prospective clients. We use GoToMeeting and it is EXTREMELY cost effective. The drawback in your case will be that you cannot do video conferencing within the application. What you'll have to do is use a third-party camera viewer open at the same time. GoToMeeting is very easy to use and they offer a 30-day trial, so I would give it a try. Good luck!

Any tips for a demo website?
I would like to create a demo website for one of my prospects. I sometimes work with Dreamweaver and Front Page. Is there a Web Host that allows me to transfer my personalized design without subscribing to a domain? Can I create a site like "geocities.com/demo" that allows me to transfer my design for free? I just wanna show my customer (via internet) how his website would look. :)
