When i try to join an online server in CoD 4, the loading screen ses "authorizing key code" what duz dis mean?
by validating it, do u mean going to the multiplayer options menu and retyping ur product key code and checking if its valid? if not, what do i do?
On the PC, it means it is validating your product key to ensure you didn't pirate your copy. If you got this message on a console game, IDK...
CoD WaW on the pc when i try to find a server, although it says it is receiving data from servers none come up?
Basically it say receiving data for servers but when it finishes there are no servers on the list, i have the latest patch, and no firewall, and have a good internet connection. HELP!
look just download a diffent type of cod WaW maybe no one has the version you have yet or somethin ok just download a diffent patch
Server authentication error for CoD 5 beta?
I just downloaded the CoD 5 beta for my computer. However, every time I try to join a game, it says "Server authentication error"
What is this, and how do I fix it
P.S. I tried turning off my firewall, but it didn't help

Then run it.
Then add cod5 as a game-you have to put in the actual path tho-(if you have cod4 use that as a guide for the path) and then press check for updates.

They are two complete different animals based already in the fact the Javascript runs on the client and PHP on the server. So really you cannot replace an action that must run on the client with a PHP script (like disabling a text box when a certain radio button is checked), and similarly you cannot replace an action that must run on the server with Javascript (like querying a database).
So in other words, Javascript has its purpose (typically to enrich the user interface) and cannot be replaced by a PHP script.
My recommendation is go ahead and use Javascript in order to provide more user friendliness but make sure your application is still functional when Javascript is turned off.

What PC COD 4 servers are already 1.6 - including new maps?
i want to download call of duty 4 patch 1.6, but i don't know if it is worth it, cause it's 282 MB and i have a intenet download limit. knowing which servers are 1.6 and how many there are will help determine if it's worth downloading now or later.

There are thousands of servers on the 1.6 patch. You should definitely download it.

Your server is going to need a driver for Oracle. That means ODBC or OLE. You need one or the other in order to connect.
Assumung you truly cannot use ODBC, which I doubt, here's an OLE connection string using Data Access Components:
"Provider=MSDAORA;Data Source=114.91.65.12:1521; User ID=userName; Password=userPassword;"
If that doesn't work, you can try this:
Provider=OraOLEDB.Oracle; Data Source=114.91.65.12:1521; User Id=myUsername; Password=myPassword;
And I'd go ahead and try ODBC, since I've never heard of a Web server with OLE but without ODBC:
Driver={Microsoft ODBC Driver for Oracle}; ConnectString=114.91.65.12:1521; Uid=myUsername; Pwd=myPassword;
In all the strings above, you need to remove the spaces following semicolons (;)
