I have a site with http://www.gracenet.org They are fairly good--only a few minor snafus with them the past year or so--and I mean minor. They have a pretty good plan if you are talking about a small site--the plan called Megabyte Mania. Look for it under "special deals" it isn't one that is advertised in plain sight.

Hello, We are a couple of people from Denmark who are working on a new video site witch of cause will be different from all other. :-) We are interested in identifying the right web hosting service that will meet our needs. Our needs are: -Our site will be hosting approximately 50GB of video material, where each video will be about 30MB. -When launching our PR campaign (Techcrunch, Mashable, and sites alike) we hope for something like 100.000 visitors watching the same video over a period of 24 hours. We wish :-) -So something like 1.000 visitors should be able view the same video at the same time without delay. -We do not have any need for top security. -We do expect a service with a high % uptime. -We are on a tight budget, so it can’t be real expensive. Well. 50 GB is not much for a video hosting site. You might need space in TB, although you can start with some GB in storage. Bandwidth is also important for video hosting site. You will need dedicated hosting as shared hosting don't allow video streaming. I guess, http://www.mediatemple.net is good hosting provider for your needs. They offer virtual dedicated server with reasonable rates.

Where can I find a free web hosting site, I tried geocities and they were asking for pay which I can't afford.

With this statement: Recently the talk show host, Ellen Degeneres, has been using her resources as a celebrity to voice her avocations in supporting gay marriages. While doing this she has also criticized and falsified those supporting the sacredness of marriage, and those putting effort into protecting the definition of marriage to be only between one man and one woman.
