Why does internet pages go to chinese website?
When i go to any website sometimes it will go to a website with loads of chinese writing (tgbus.com) instead of what i wanted to go to and i have to refresh the page about 10 times to get to the website i was wanting to go to.

You have been hijacked. Either by going to a website that installed a file on your system or by actually installing somehting you thought was safe. I've also been using www.tv-video.net, but my connection is slow. Do you mean Chinese language website? Or you mean China's website? There is no fixed rules on the domain name of a Chinese language website. Anybody can have their website in the language they want, and this does not have any relationship with the level/type of domain name. However, most of the websites with the "country code top-level domain" would most probably using the language of that country, but there can be an exception too. Since only China (.cn), Hong Kong (.hk) and Taiwan (.tw) are mainly using Chinese, you could find a lot of Chinese language website in these domain.
