Cheap Business Hosting

Cheap Business Web Host?
Anyone know a good place that offers ftp storage and hosting?

Paid web hosting is the way you want to go if you are going to want search engines to recognize you as legitimate, and/or you are wanting to make some money with your site. There are a ton of paid web hosts out there, and my husband and I exhausted ourselves researching them before making a decision to go with HostExcellence for this site and another one we run. Ultimately, it came down to the fact that we were getting tired and we liked HostExcellence's plans for mulitple domains and the fact that they had a site builder with tons of customizable templates (many of them do, but some of the good ones on the review lists don't). We also liked the amount of storage and bandwidth we were given, among other things. I haven't had a complaint yet, and we've been customers since October 2005. They have excellent 24/7 live chat support that helps me all the time with just about any issue you can imagine. Whenever a service has been down (which has only been a few times), it's either back up before I have a chance to ask about it or it's resolved before I get off live chat with them. They have a ton of tools at your service, and a site builder program with templates that I've found pretty easy to use. We have more e-mails available than we'll ever use, and more bandwidth and storage space than we've come close to dipping into. They have ftp storage and a really easy thing called webshell that makes it pretty simple to do ftp stuff.

Where can I find cheap web hosting?
I need to make a website but I need it to be cheap. I have a few conditions. 1) It must be under $20 2) It must be yearly, cause some say monthly. I used to think that stuff like "$5.95 a month" meant I can send in money each month but it doesn't, that's just something to lure people. 3) I must be able to own the domain, I recently heard that host own the domains, and I can't have such a thing because I may become a business. If any of you own a site, can I see it?

http://www.godaddy.com would be your best option. It's $1.99* per year to register a domain. I have listed free ones below, but you cannot have your own domain and it comes with advertisement.

where I can create, register domain and hosting? Cheap?
To start my own home base business., Register doamin hosting and create a web all in 1 for the best price.

well i suggest http://www.godaddy.com or http://www.kittyhost.co.nr they offer free hosting of 150mb so only you have to buy domain thats all.

Do I have to incorporate my business to have my own web store?
I plan on creating a web store using another website where the shopping cart, host domain name, etc would be provided. Do I still need a merchant account? Do I need to incorporate my business or can I sell my products (around 10) on my website? I'm not going to sell through ebay because I already have some loyal customers but my products are very cheap (around 10 dollars). So what else do I need to do besides creating the website using their software? Thanks in advance

Do I have to incorporate my business to have my own web store? No, you don't have to incorporate to operate a web store. Many website owners operate as sole proprietor, especially if you are just starting. When the income flow becomes better and the business grows, then you can start rethinking your legal structure and consider incorporating. But it is not necessary at the start. Do I still need a merchant account? With every web store, you need a means to accept and process credit card payments - which you can do by having your own merchant account or by using a third party processor such as Paypal. Since everything is going to be provided for you, check with this company if you still need a merchant account or if they will provide it. If they will provide it, check the rates and whether you have the option of using your own merchant account with better rates. So what else do I need to do besides creating the website using their software? It seems you will have to use a predefined web template if everything is going to be provided. If not, I suggest you study the big merchants and how the implement the look of their site -- from the colors to the placement of the Buy It Now button to the shopping cart system. The thing you need to do is to market the site, and that can be a full time task.
