How do I move all my emails in outlook express to yahoo small business email?
Hello. As of today our new host is Yahoo Small business hosting. With that said we currently have over 1600 emails that are stored in outlook express. If there a way, or program to transfer these emails from outlook express to Yahoo Small Business Email? I realize the we could forward each one of them, however obviously due to the time restraints that is not possible. Perhaps there is a program that does this. Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The way you said is the only way. They have max limits and all that. Just do it gradually. Its in outlook so its safe.

Yahoo! Business Email Beta?
Is it possible to use Yahoo! Mail Beta for a Business Email hosted at Yahoo?

I just answered this question 10 seconds ago.

What is the best provider to host email and a limited website for a small business?
I am having many problems with the programming of Yahoo's email account. It is a small company with around ten email addresses needed.

I love using godaddy.com . You can register your domain there, host and get an email package for great pricing! And it's easy to set up!

Not getting mail to my Yahoo Small Business email account?
I recently changed the DNS settings on my Yahoo Small Business domain name to point to a website *not* hosted on Yahoo. Since then I haven't been getting any email to the address I have set up on my Yahoo Small Business account. Anyone know what might be happening here?

In order for your Small Business Email to work, your Name Servers MUST be pointed to yns1.yahoo.com and yns2.yahoo.com. As Yahoo! does not offer access to static IPs for MX records, this is the only way to work it. You might consider using an A Record pointing toward your other site if they'll allow it, although they, too, have to provide you with a static IP.

Small Business email server - Please suggest?
I have a small business & need to send out allot of email every day. I hosted my email server at google under their classification of "Standard Edition(free)" package. But looks like they have amximum limit of 1000mail/day. There is another package they have listed with "Premier Edition($50/employee/yr)" but have not specified any max limit for this account. Does anyone know what is the max limit for "Premier Edition($50/employee/yr)" package? Also please let me know if you have good experiences with any-other reliable/user friendly email hosting service! FYI, I tried yahoo but it not that user friendly when worked directly on net. I have routed all my domain related mails to google small business email server solution. If I install an email server to my local linux box then it brings along the baggage of admin responsibilities, too, which I wish to avoid.

What about registering your own domain, and running a mail server on your own PC? Linux has several free mail server programs you could try out.

Looking for a good business web host with fast/reliable email support.?
Right now we're using Network Solutions, and we've noticed that the email can be really slow and it takes a long time for messages to transfer. We also require remote MYSQL connections. Right now I've got my eye on Hostgator & Justhost, they seem pretty good for the money. Anybody know how reliable the email is with these companies?

I recommend you to manage your email through Google Apps: http://www.google.com/a It works great, you basically get Gmail but with your own domain name. It's free for up to 50 email addresses per domain name. And of course if you prefer a desktop email client for managing your email, you could easily turn on pop3 or imap. You also get the google calendar and some other apps. Check them out! P.S. For web hosting I recommend Dreamhost http://www.dreamhost.com/hosting.html They are very similar to Hostgator, but offer even better value for the price. They even offer to setup Google Apps for you during sign up. Their standard price is $9.95/month ($119.40/year) but you can use the promo code PLUS and get $50 discount +2 Free domain names. Disk space: Unlimited Bandwidth: Unlimited 2 Free domain names Unlimited domains and subdomains Price: $5.78/month ($69.40/year)

My yahoo business account email suddenly stopped working on both Entourage and Outlook.?
The error messages claim it cannot retrieve email. Yahoo cannot figure out the problem. I have reset both accounts and tried all of the tricks with the pop and smtp recommended settings, work- arounds, etc. When I look for solutions, one thing that comes up is the need for a Plus mail account in order to set up pop on Entourage and Outlook.. Is this true even if I have a business email account (web hosting) for which I am already paying? Anyone out there having a similar problem?

How can I send emails from Yahoo business account from my iPhone?
Have a business email account through Yahoo which hosts my website. I can receive emails on my iPhone for the business account but cannot respond or forward any of those emails. Is there a way I circumvent this?

This solution offered on www.cnet.com does not work with this problem. The problem is specifically with Yahoo BUSINESS email which take a standard yahoo email account and splits it to be used by many folks (i.e. firstnames@businessname.com where "businessname@sbcglobal.net" is the real email account). Although each email account can receive specific emails... the sending of emails all goes through the "main" email account (businessname@sbcglobal.net) and therefore sending emails requires "authentication". The iphone does not yet offer the ability when adding POP emails to enter authentication account information. It needs to be added by the iphone folks.

Is there a way to create an email filter that will not save a message to any box but just delete it?
I would also be happy to use a "block" but it appears that Yahoo E-mail only blocks addresses and not content in subjects or the messages. If I am wrong someone please let me know because if I can't stop all these messages for penis enlargement, drugs and kinky sex I'm going to have to leave Yahoo and find a better host for my business email service!

In Outlook and Outlook Ex., you set up "message rules" that won't even download targeted mail from the server. BUT---with Yahoo, the only way I've found is to change the settings in Spam Protection----to delete from bulk folder immediately upon receipt. (mail page>options>spam protection). Then set up the filter action to send the targeted mail to the bulk folder. (mail page>options>filters>and click, add).
