Build Your Own Website

I need the name of the website that allows you to Build your own website?
Does anyone know the name of the website that allows you to Use a template to Build a free website and list items to sell for free? You create your own website, but it's a basic build. I saw it once, but forgot the name of the site. It was a site like invisionfree or geocities.

Try this. I highly recommend Google Pages: https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=pages&continue=http%3A%2F%2Fpages.google.com%2F<mpl=yessignups If you don't have a Google account, you'll need to create one. Once there you can customize your pages with many templates. You can also visit Google Apps and purchase a domain name and create your own website. Check out the website I created using this: http://www.dragonwirestore.com Hope this helps. Good luck with your new website.

Try Weebly, there easy to manage free website (or blog) has cool features that include drag and drop capability, switch designs on the fly, youtube and google video, custom html, upload images, flikr photo gallery, visitor stats and more. You can also buy a new domain instantly, or host your existing domain for free. If your looking for something more advanced but still user friendly then try CityMax or Site Builder Designs, they have everything you need in building your own website: domain name registration or domain transfer, web hosting, web builder, site maintenance and email accounts. Everything is laid out in an easy to follow step by step instruction. Some of the features included enable you to add your own themes, videos, images or mp3 music making your site unique to you. Pricing is comparable and affordable too. I hope that I was of some help and answered your question.

How to build your own website?
I am starting a business and would like to build my own webpage. Does anyone know of any sites to build your own or the best way to go about this? I'd like to be able to do it for free or with as little money as possible.

If you are building an online business, you need something professional. Microsoft Office Live Small Business has a very good free, easy to use website designer and you are getting technology for big companies to work for your small business. It also has other things included as well, such as free email, form designer, contact manager, team workspace, etc. This is a free service and Microsoft is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourdomain.com) for the first year. If you need help with website building, there is a great support forum there to help you out, esp. with getting your site into search engines, design tips, etc. Try it out: http://www.anrdoezrs.net/9a103ox52x4KOLNQLNSKMLQPMPNU

How do you build your own website for free?
I am think about makeing my own webstie but i need help.

If you are getting a website for free, there's a reason. Free sites are good for beginners to get acquainted with HTML and CSS, but are not recommended for serious use...especially if you are going to be marketing it as a business to make money from it. Cheers

What is the simplest and easiest way to build your own website?

First let me say I am a professional web designer and you do NOT want to host on Godaddy. it is in my opinion second worst hosting company that I know of. Go to http://www.samwilson3d.com , there is a list of hosts (right side menu) they all have cpanel and something called "fantastico" the least expensive of these plans is around $50 per YEAR Now depending on what kind of site you want, I recommend Coppermine Photo Gallery or Joomla or Zen cart which is a 1 click install using Fantastico, you can make this look however you want by only using Photoshop and CSS. I would start with a premade template designed for Coppermine and then make adjustments from there to make the site the way you want it.(the template can just be a starting point or you can not use one at all) Joomla can also be installed with one click using Fantastico and that may also be the way to go. -there are about 20 different 1-click install solutions that you can install and customize with Fantastico

Does anyone know the simple and most cost effective way to build your own website?
Yahoo offers this for a slim price does google?

I don't think google offers such a service. The simplest way is to build a simple website on your own, without any bells and whistles. You can start by purchasing your own domain and hosting for the domain from godaddy.com. This costs about 8.99 for the domain to be purchased for a year and about 3.59 a month for the site to be hosted. When I say hosted, this is where the files go for your created site. You can then look at a few tutorials on html on the internet, such as at html goodies (http://www.htmlgoodies.com/primers/html/article.php/3478141). HTML is the basic language used for the web, and you may already be familiuar with this. If you have notepad, you can begin creating your own basic pages which will be very simple for free. If you need something for your business, and you don't have a lot of time or the desire to go down this path, yahoo offers some pretty nice templates that can be created by someone with no knowledge of html, but that is a bit more expensive. But I think it is a really good idea if you have the time one evening to invest in learning some basic html. It is not really hard and it can save a few dollars, and it will be very helpful in the long run in creating your pages. Once you have some understanding of that you can use some of the free templates you see on the web to create a really nice website on your own. I hope this was helpful
