First, you have to have a killer layout. Make it look professional. Graphics. Show horrendous graphics of how their lungs would look like, how their teeth would look like and etc etc once they start smoking. I think scaring people is the way to go. Also, question them. Why do they want to smoke? If they wanted to relieve stress, how would smoking relieve it? Make them question themselves so that they start to wonder why they want to smoke in the first place. In most situations, the cause is peer pressure so by making them question themselves, they will maybe see the stupidity.

Dude...use a frontpage program by microsoft. U don't have to be a whizkid just some general knowledge..and get some books to guide u. Once ur done, you can host it on the web using a the large amount of free hosting sites available today...my fav. is brinkster. And u can opt for the free option but for as low as 5 bucks a month u can get ur own domain. And then for database why not use frontpage to hook up ur wepage to say a simple SQL database. again it can be done with frontpage... generating traffic is upto the design and layout of ur page...the more interesting the better..what webpage do u have in mind anyway?????
