How do I add a logo to my BF2 server?
Ya know, when you are loading and verifying into BF2 and the server has their own logo on the bottom right of the screen, how can I add one and what size does it have to be? OK, But where is this "sponsor/community logo" field located? I know how to get the thing hosted but not where to put it. Thanx! :)

How do I get unbanned from a BF2 server?
I was banned for no reason, is there any way I can be unbanned from it?

You can try and go to the website for the clan that runs the server and post in their forums. Otherwise, hope it was a temporary ban or find a different server to play on.

when i try to play bf2 on a server punkbuster kickes me off because server communication failure: pnkbstrA.exe
i already tried updating it both manually and the pbsetup.exe and updated bf2 new ver. but i still get the same errors, i opened up the ports that it says to play bf2 and also i tried running it with both(norton and vista) firewall off and it still wont work please help!!!1

Dude HOLD Alt+Ctrl+Del and will appear a Window named "Task Manager " Up you will found Applications, Processes,Performance and Networking .. you go at Processes and search for pnkbstrA.exe when you find it Right click on it and then " End Processes Tree" and then close the Task Manager and see if it works.. I have BF2 SF and normal BF2 do I need to play on SF servers to get weapons?
Do I need to play on Special Forces servers to get the extra weapons like the L96 and SCAR ? Or can I just play on regular BF2 servers and get extra weapons?

If you have SF all you need to do is play one round, then you will get 2 unlocks instead of just 1 every time you rank up playing BF2 or SF. You need to install the latest patch and play online on ranked servers to rank up.

I am able to see the local server of ma frnd on Battle field 2 v1.0 . but when i click on join server........a small window of JOINING SERVER comes and nothing happens......it get return again to screen of Multiplayer>join local.!...Is thr any option to type the ipadress of ma frnd by using offline account?

i dowloaded the mod and the server files but idn what they are or how to install them

Mods usually go in the mods folder, the default would be: C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\your mod name But it would depend on where the bf2 server files are installed and what kind of mod it is.

The only ranked server provider I've heard of in aus is: http://www.gamearena.com.au/shop/servers/ Sign up, choose your slots, enter your payment details and away you go. Server access is usually done through the providers software or ftp, either way there should be instructions and a forum to help you run it.

what is an IP for a stat padding server for BF2?

Going on stat padding servers is risky and could get your stats wiped. You used to be able to get repair points from sitting in the passenger seat of a car, boat or heli and using the wrench, if the vehicle is taking damage and you are repairing it you should get points, even if there is nobody else in the vehicle apart from you. If your lucky someone might drive into the water a lot, which would have you repairing almost constantly.

On the game BF2 when you are about to play online and you've bought the orginal game but it's a little dated how do you update it without paying again to get more maps to play on?

well... there are many places to get it, so i'd just search for "battlefront 2 patch" and download it. solves everything. oh, and see if its on LAN or Internet. that helps.
